Delivery Area
We offer local delivery within the NYC Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Delivery availability may vary based on distance and scheduling.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Customers must respond promptly to confirm their delivery appointment.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on location, distance, and item size. Final delivery costs will be provided prior to scheduling.
Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible. This includes:
- Accurate address and contact information
- Clear entryways, hallways, and staircases
- Elevator access (if applicable)
Madera Life Studio is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to space or access limitations.
Missed Deliveries / Refusal
If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time or refuse delivery:
- A redelivery fee may apply, and
- Your order may be subject to cancellation at our discretion
In all cases, the 20% non-refundable deposit will be retained.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
No Shipping Policy
We do not offer shipping services. All orders are fulfilled via local delivery or in-store pickup only.
