Madera Life Studio – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Madera Life Studio, we carefully reserve furniture pieces for each customer upon purchase. Please review our policy before placing your order:

Reservation Deposit (20%)
A 20% deposit is required at the time of purchase to hold and reserve your item. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Order Cancellation & Refunds
You may request to cancel your order at any time prior to pickup or delivery. If approved, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Purpose of the Deposit
The 20% deposit covers the cost of reserving inventory, removing the item from availability, and administrative handling.

Pickup & Delivery Policy
Madera Life Studio does not offer shipping. All orders are fulfilled via:

  • In-store pickup, or
  • Local delivery within the NYC Tri-State Area

Failure to Pick Up or Accept Delivery
Orders not picked up or scheduled for delivery within [7 days] after notification may be canceled at our discretion. In such cases, the 20% deposit will be retained.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@maderalifestudio.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (excluding the 20% deposit) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
